Is there an updates wheelchair accesability guide out there??? I've seen a few on some of the different web sites but they dont seem to have a lot of the newer rides out there on it. OR also some of the rides that have recently been changed to acomodate like the jungle cruise. Thanks so much for any help!

You may want to go to the "disABILTIES FAQ" which is the third item from the top in disABILTIES. One of the pages has a lot of links; we include links to the latest versions of each Park Guidebook For Guest With Disabilities. These will have the latest information.

Here is a link to a thread where people talked about which rides you stay in the chair for and rides you have to transfer. Eternaldisneyfan's post has great detailed information:

As Cheshire Figment pointed out, there is a link to the Disney website's pages of the text from the WDW Guidebooks for Guests with Disabilities. This is the most updated (since Disney keeps it update).
The official Guidebooks are rather general (as you will see if you check out the links). Even though they have updated them, the information is not that much different than 5 years ago. I have found the ones I picked up in the parks in April are not that much different than the ones I picked 10 yrs ago - there are a few attractions that have been added, but there is not much detail.
If you need more information, eternaldisneyfan's trip reports that were already mentioned are excellent. In the disABILITIES FAQs thread, there is also a link to a new (and not totally complete) website about toouring with a wheelchair.
If all you need is to know (quickly) which attractions you need to transfer for, there are icons on the park maps and also on signs outside each attraction that clue you in quickly - a picture of a wheelchair means the attraction is fully accessible and you can stay in the wheelchair or ECV during the entire attraction.
