I don't know why the moderators don't just link to the Disney pdf dining plan files.

The wording is the same as 2005 and 2006 "Some examples of eligible snacks include....."

Basically a snack includes the half dozen or so items listed in the brochure and any other item identified with the DDP logo.

I really hope that the snacks aren't limited to what you have mentioned above, but I did read the official brochure of the dining plans online at the official disney site and it said that each eatery can add their own snacks at their own discretion so I really don't think it will be limited since most places probably won't mind doing the snacks for under $4.
