Room 2626

Hi All,
We are cruising with 4 families total. One of the families was given room 2626. I read someone say NEVER room 2626.

Can I hear from all who have stayed in room 2626. Good and Bad comments are wanted. So then she can make her choice whether to ask and see if DCL can change her room.

Ack!!! I am the person who said that is the one stateroom out of 18 trips that I would NEVER stay in again!!!
You get some noise from the galley abovem which isn't all that bad. But you are over a loading/unloading door, so you will hear a racket that starts VERY early, particularly on Port Canaveral day. I was utterly exhausted after our trip (we had been keeping late hours), and I was NOT happy to be awaken at the crack of dawn on that day. If it was me, I would definitely request a different room.

Anyone else stay in Room 2626. Barb, I know you can't answer now, Enjoy your trip. But was that on the Magic or are both ships exactly the same? We will be on the magic.
