I just got back home after spending 8 days at WDW. Although we didn't have any of our Disney dreams come true, I did realize that many of my dreams have come true over the last year.

I met the man of my dreams and he is wonderful! He certainly was a dream come true for me.

My mom is doing well health-wise, thankfully. We had a scare a couple of years ago, but all is going well so far.

My dad had a mild heart attack in February, but thankfully he is ok. To me, it would have been nice to win Dream Fastpasses, but to know that my dad was healthy enough to go on our trip was a dream enough.

Just wanted to share that!

Your post sums it up, you don't need to win dreams from Disney, as long as your family and friends are all in good health and are still with you, then there's nothing better in this world :cloud9:

Plus, just being there at Disney is a dream come true for me, there are adults/children in the world who'll never go to DisneyWorld, so each time I'm there I'm thankful for my parents, who saved and saved for my childhood trips and who are helping out to fund this trip. I couldn't ask for any better parents who love me and care for me, and that's all I need...so if I win, there's a bonus, if not, then least I can come home with the memories of a great trip and can then share it all with my lovely family :love:
