DVC Closing Costs

Hi,

If we purchase an add-on at BCV directly from Disney as a cash sale, are there any closing costs?

If so, does anyone know approximately how much that would be for 100 points?

If you purchase direct from Disney there are no closing costs. But there are pro-rated dues.

One of the advantages of purchasing from Disney (rather than via resale) is that Disney always pays the closing costs.
