Timeline for Deliveries to Resorts

Hi,

Am arriving at the Pop Century Resort on September 2, 2007. I was thinking of ordering a couple of things from the disney shop online and have it delivered to the resort and hopefully it would be waiting for us. Do you think it is to early yet. I know they will hold something for 2 weeks. So if I ordered it now, I don't think the chances of it being delivered before Sunday Aug 19 are to great. So anytime after that is about two weeks or less. Do you think I should go ahead and order now...anyone else do this...saves on shipping and duty costs.

I've ordered things from Disneyshopping.com and delivered to my friend in the US. I think it took about 1 week for the items to arrive.

Just ordered a bunch of things from Amazon.com that were either not easily available here or WAY cheaper in US. I'm arriving on September 1st, which is a 2 1/2 week timeline. Amazon is usually slow to ship with the free shipping, but it just shipped!! Well, I clearly marked my arrival date, but I just hope it doesn't get stashed too far away when they get it.

I just got 8 disney t-shirts for a little over $50 and $5 shipping.

Yeah....and no one else knows about them and it will be a big surprise when we get there.

Argh! They shipped in 4 different packages, and one just went out for delivery to the resort today! I hope the 2 weeks hold is not hard set, otherwise I'll have a problem. I'll see if they accept the package later today. And I sure hope they don't get tired on taking packages on my behalf, 4 for just one order! I feel bad, but I didn't do it on purpose.
