Just wanted to let the Canadians out there know that the contact # 1-888-DC-AT-SEA does not work from Canada. Our dog became very sick while away and our brother & sis-in-law tried contacting us using that number and it didn't work. We had no idea until we got home last night and they told us they had tried to call us. They tried calling a travel agency to get a different number but they couldn't find anything listed other than the above one, which is in the Passport to DCL included in your docs.

Just thought I would let you know, I'm glad it wasn't too serious and our dog is fine now, but just in case your family needs to contact you, I would make other arrangements.

Yikes! I had no idea that was the case. We always give those numbers to family here in Canada in case of emergency. If anyone finds another number, be sure to post.
