When are downloads usually available?

I like to listen to the podcasts at work, but since the commandants in our IT group like to block any sort of streaming video, audio, etc, I've been downloading the MP3's and listening to those. Usually I'm a few days behind anyway, but today got the urge to check out the latest 'cast. Does it usually take a few days for the segments to be churned into the MP3 version?

Download iTunes and go to the search for the Dis Unplugged. Once you subscribe to the podcast it will automatically check for new episodes every time you open iTunes.

Thanks for the suggestion with the iTunes, but I never got into the whole iTune thing.

I do believe the downloads for 8/14 were there, but my brain wasn't comprehending the fact that (at the time) there were 4 downloads titled 08/07/07...
