I just called to check rates and availability for Oct and I told her I had AAA, AP's, FL residency and Disney Visa and she was so rude, she said no discounts out yet..I wish you people would stop asking!

I was so shocked I just could not believe it.....

They most certainly have been swamped with similar questions today, but what she said is absolutely unacceptable customer service. She may feel that way. but you say it to your co-worker between calls, not to the guest!

Hope you called back and got another CM. A little hint, might be a good idea to give them information pertaining to the exact code you are seeking - one at a time. They must check a different screen for each code inquiry, so it would make it easier for them to give one code at a time :flower3:

Sorry, but that doesn't excuse the rudeness ever!!!!!!!!!!! :sad2:

If you don't like taking the calls, then get another job. Customer service can sometimes be an extremely stressful place to work but one can NEVER take it out on the customer!

OP - I'd have immediately asked for a supervisor and reported her. They can't fix what they don't know about ;)

I guess I got lucky, I've had several today that were SOOOOOO nice. Some even wishing me a magical day and a great trip. And one that went out of her way to be helpful.

I did have one I couldn't hardly understand though, her English was not very clear, but she was sweet anyway.
