Code for Us "John Q. Public" people

Just wondering if anyone knows if or when the code released today for October - December would be available to us public people (not AP holders :sad1: , not VISA :sad2: , not FLA resident :headache: ) just John (or Jane) Q. Public :scared1:

If the general public codes become available on the 16th, would they be the exact same code that is now in effect for disney visa card holders and at what time do they go into effect?

I just received an email from Disney Visa rewards that mentioned the ZQM code. It states to use it on a value resort. Anyhow, it says "hurry and book this offer before it becomes available to the general public on August 16th".

So.........can you get a discount on top of the CAA/AAA discount? Or will the AAA TA just figure out which is a better deal????

My CAA TA told me today that their prices are always better than any deal.......but when I called Disney and asked for a quote with the Visa ZQL (knowing that I can't use it) it was $300 LESS than my quote from CAA.

Suggestions please............waiting not so patiently for the 16th and a code I can use!!! :wizard:

We were to get a better deal in 2003 with the Fairy Tale package, and we were booking through AAA. but I had to tell them about the special and ask them to call. At that time we were able to upgrade to Polynesian Concierge and add a night for 1-2 hundred more. This time I hope to be able to upgrade again or get lagoon view. When you call to check rates did you need a Visa number to get the quote?

No, I didn't need a visa number. I gave them the ZQL code and asked if I could get the price only and stated that I new I wasn't able to book because I didn't have a Visa......no problems. Hope the offer is still available on the 16th!!!
