We are first time cruisers in June, and I have been reading
these boards since we made our arrangements a week ago..
Would someone mind to explain what High Tea is? Thanks!
Anny:)

High tea is offered on the 7-night cruise only and is served at Palo, the adults-only restaurant, on two of the sea days. It is open to those 18 and older only and requires a reservation (make it on embarkation day).
It is like a traditional British tea; various loose teas are served (herbal teas are available as well) and finger sandwiches and scones are served. It runs for an hour in the late afternoon.
It's nice, but the brunch and dinner at Palo are MUCH, MUCH better in my opinion. :)
I would recommend putting your name on the wait for a second Palo's brunch rather than the High Tea. Unless you are a major tea fan it isn't worth it. My hubby and I was very disappointed. Brunch was outstanding!!!!! Go directly to Palos when you board and meet the rest of your party later!!
Have a magical time on your trip.:)
