15 days to go and a house of sick kids :(

Please pray that all the sickies go AWAY from here! I am pretty sure my dd has Hand, Foot & Mouth disease and is miserable with sores on her tongue....she will hardly eat. On top of that we found out our insurance was canceled. I talked to a nurse about it and right now they wouldn't want us to bring her in and just keep giving her whatever she wants to eat....Sherbert melted and eaten with a straw is her favorite at the moment! Then tonight my ds (7) started running a fever (I think....my dh took our thermometer to his office). I guess I should be happy that they will be getting over all this before disney and not while we are there....just say a little prayer for our family! I want to be back to doing the HAPPY DANCE!

Ellasgirls, I feel for you. Before our trip last January DS, 2, had pneumonia. Just has he was getting over that he came down with a nasty stomach flu. I came down with it next, then DH and DD, 11 mos, both got it two days before our trip! Luckily it was a 24 hour bug and we all felt fine by the time we left and we weren't in danger of getting anyone else sick. It is so hard to pack and prepare for the trip when the kids are sick. I hope your whole family gets well soon and you are able to start doing the happy dance!!

Yuck, I hope everyone feels better quickly!

We are going in Feb. 08, and that is a worry of mine, my dd had pneumonia 2x last year from preschool.


This year, we will definately be disinfecting and being sure to take our vitamins!

Ugh, Ellasgirls, I feel for you. Many years ago, both of my girls came down with that after their first day of summer camp. They were so miserable with the sores in their mouths and the fevers.:sick: The worst part was that the camp refused to refund the rest of the week!:sad1:
At least you know that it will all be over before your trip!:banana:

we have 2 weeks and my daughter and myself found out we have lice yesterday. OMG I wash:laundy: and wash:laundy: I was washing :laundy: at 5am today. Please go away bugs
