Hi i am 5'5 and weigh about 120 pounds. I know I am not eating a lot of the right foods and I am not cooking them right either. I am looking for a diet that is healthy and will help me lose weight and feel better. I am wondering if anyone was on a diet that is successful and healthy. could you send me and outline of what to eat and how much? Thanks.

I am curious, at your height and weight you are in the normal weight range on the BMI charts. If you were to lose 9 pounds you would be considered to be underweight. How much weight are you wanting to lose?
