Waiting and 7 month rule

If at 11 months I were to book a room at SSR during the time of the 2008 F&W festival can I be put on a wait list for BCV or BWV at that time or do I have to wait until the 7 month

You have to wait until the 7th month out. That way, if the resort fills and the waiting list starts filling early, the owners at that resort that had to get on the waiting list at month 8, 9 or 10 still get in ahead of you.
