Bartering in Nassua?

I'm wondering if this is something done in the straw market or pretty much everywhere? Specifically, I'm interested in the "changing color" t-shirts at one particular shop. I know some people have bought them. Can anyone give me a ball park $$ range. We were thinking they'd be great for the kids to bring home for their friends so would buy several.

There are 2 Del Sol stores in Nassau, but neither is in the Straw Market, which means no bartering. They're just regular stores and the shirts are about $18. They do have cool keychains for about $2.50 - good to buy in bulk & bring back. Also nail polish is around $6 or $7 I think (If I'm remembering correctly.) Everything in the store changes colors! Cool store.
