Yes, Scoobie is at Universal. He does a little show in front of ET, and then he's on the mystery machine with Shaggy & stops to take pictures in front of Terminator. he also makes appearances at sunset grill some evenings.

When we were there in Nov, Scooby Doo and Shaggy were in front of Terminator. It was late afternoon, maybe around 5pm?

There were alot of characters out at that time.

He hangs out in the lobby of the HRH dressed in leather jacket. We saw him there twice during our stay last October. We've also seen him close the ET ride along with Bulwinkle and Woody Woodpecker.
