We made reservations at Vero for a 1 bedroom for 2 adults. I would like to invite in-laws to spend 1 night with us. Can I invite them to stay? Do I have to call Vero and let them know there will be 2 more adults for a night? I'm not sure if this is allowed and what the procedure would be. They will be making a 2 hour trip to spend some time with us and I don't want to embarrass them or ourselves by doing the wrong thing.

It should not be a problem. If you are worried, just call and let MS know that you will have 4 in your room.

Sure they can. I would add them to your reservation. For the one night, they can have their own ID cards which they'll need to open the gate to the pool or to order from the snack bar. (Even if you are paying cash they ask to see the ID to help crack down on "neighbors" using the pool.)

We had a 2 bedroom at OKW recently for the 4 of us. I also had my sister, aunt & uncle join us for 2 nights. We we checked in, we gave their names and arrival date and they made up the room ID's for them. They were left in an envelope at the desk.

WE did this same thing just last month. We had a 2 bedroom with one other couple the first 4 days. The 5th day another couple joined us. The 6th day the first couple left and the 2nd couple stayed on. Everyone had their own IDs and parking permits.
