:welcome: Realistically speaking I would think if you stuck to a plan you could lose 12-15 pounds in 6 weeks. My advice to you would be to buy a journal and start writing down what and when you are eating. Work on getting at least 64 oz of water a day and to move more. The more you move the more success you will see on the scale. Make healthier choices and be sure to include your fruits and vegetables and at least two dairy servings a day. Good luck to you!

I've lost about 6 lbs. in the past two weeks by going for an hour walk every day, drinking LOTS of water (and cutting out all soda-even diet), eating a bowl of cereal with skim milk in the morning, a sandwich for lunch, fruit in the afternoon, and usually a big salad for dinner. Then if I want an evening snack I either grab a 100 calorie pack snack or 100 calorie microwave popcorn.

There really is no easy fix. If you really want it you have to excersize and you have to eat better. Good luck on your next 1.5 month weight loss!! :cheer2:

Also, journalling is great! I use a notebook at home but there are plenty of great online journals (especially the one here on the Dis! ).

Welcome to WISH!

You can get a great start on your plan in these six weeks for sure. If you do as already suggested you will find quick results.

I'm going to advise that you use these quick results to get you going on a lifestyle change that will take you into the rest of life. There is where your success needs to be focused. Don't consider this using the "D" work, rather a goal for healthy living.

Best WISHes for you as you move through these times.

You can do it!
