Free dining plan question

do they do this at some point every year?

If so, how far in advance do they announce the dates?

and.....if you book your trip and pay for the ddp, then find out the dates you are going have the free dining, can you change it?

they usually do this once a year, and
it usually is around the hurricane season.
if you pay for the dining and it becomes free,
you can call up and apply the free dining code to
your reservation and adjust the bill

The past 2 years you have been able to book the free DDP around April-May for the August-September timeframe.

Subscribing!!! I was curious about this too. Not really planning that we will get the free dining again in 2008, but I don't want to wait till around April to book my vacation either!!
