Potty Trained

Do kids have to be potty trained to participate in the kids program? I have a friend with a 3 yr. old who is still trying to train. Thanks.

Yes, they have to be potty-trained. And the kids aren't allowed to wear "Pull-Ups". And they're kicked out of the program if they have two "accidents".
