I went to my bookmarked DVC member site and I got the screen for a brand new member that has to register on the site. I don't have an ID# and pin number anymore, I have a member name and password. There is no way to get to the member name and password screen. Now what? Anyone have any ideas?

Call MS they should be able to fix it.

I can get to the site from my home computer so I'll check again next week at work to see if it was a fluke.

Did you re-start your computer & try again? Clear your cookies?
I know sometimes if you go on another Disney site with a different log-in it throws the DVC log-in off.
Otherwise MS will be able to reset for you.

It's flaky sometimes. My guess is that it's a fluke.

It happens to me at least every couple of days. I have to delete my cookies (Tools, INternet Options, browsing history, delete cookies). Then close your internet browser. If that doesnt work then restart your computer. Should work then.

It might be your firewall blocking the site.

It might be your firewall blocking the site.
A firewall would not let them see anything at the URL. :-(
Sounds like a cookie issue. Have you recently logged into any other Disney site (store, DCL, etc)? If so that login cookie is on your computer. Clearing your cookies should clear up the problem.

That happened to me, too. Delete cookies, clear cache and history. It should work then.

I had this happen the end of June, after trying for a couple days to log on; i called MS.
They had me go to the page, she "reset" something & I was able to access.:thumbsup2

Got here at lunch today from work just fine... I did nothing differently than Friday when it thought I was a new member. No clearing of cookies or anything was needed. Odd.
