I was just wondering as I was looking at a few posts here. Where do they put all the CM Lanyards at night? Is there a CM Lanyard locker? Does a small group of CM's that work on them at night refreshing them? Any one know?

I don't know, but my bet would be that they are just dumped in a drawer or put on a hook when the day or shift is over. With all the lanyards in Florida it would take an army of people to do a refresh on all of the lanyards at one time.

Refreshing lanyards?

I think it varies from area to area, park to park, and CM to CM. Some DL CMs post on another board I post on, and they have said some CMs are very conscientious about keeping nice pins on their lanyards and "refreshing" them with Hidden Mickey pins as often as they can. Others turn in their lanyard after their shift and get the same one back the next day, with the same set of pins, and back to the park they go. It just depends. I guess there are pins available if CMs want to take the time to "build" a lanyard, but not all of them do. I think CMs who don't personally collect pins aren't likely to care what they have on their lanyards.

I know of one example from a CM at one of the premier hotels...

Her lanyard is put away in her locker at the end of each shift. Occasionally, a manager will volunteer to refresh the lanyard, but there is no opportunity to pick and choose the new pins.

Sometimes I see several lanyards with pins just hanging on a coatrack. If the CM cares to, and can, they just grab one and go.
However I am sure it is different in different areas.
