Breakfast CS one or two drinks ?

i know that dessert is not inclued in Breakfast CS Credit but i have read that some people can get two drink instead.

it is always the rule ?

someone has get it in Pop Century Food Court ?

I've only been able to get one drink at any CS meal.

We were able to get two drinks at breakfast cs at Boardwalk Bakery, Main St. Bakery and Beach Club Marketplace. They give you two drinks (such as coffee and juice) because you are not getting a dessert like you would at a counterservice lunch or dinner.

We had breakfast several mornings this July at Captain Cook's at the Polynesian. They were very specific there--a CS breakfast plus one drink would count, or you could do any two snack items for a CS breakfast with NO drink (not a particularly good use of credits IMHO).
