View Full Version : Changed rate but no refund to CC?

I booked one night only at the PBH in October back in June, the one night was taken from my CC. Then last month I saw that the rate had gone down so rang and got it changed but now, 10 days later, I have still not had the difference refunded to my CC. When would the refund happen, as the girl on the phone said the original amount would be refunded and then the new amount taken :confused3

What they usually do is take off that amount when you pay your final bill at the hotel.

Just think Claire than means u and Nathan can have a water each from the mini bar and still be in credit, just:lmao:

the same thing happened to me last year at rph.
i booked january 2nd for an october stay.
paid the first night stay and ressie was modified in may.

i was credited when i checked in to the hotel and charged the discounted rate at that time.
