AAA & Discount Code?

We are looking to book a room for next April and were wondering if we book through AAA, can we still use a discount code if one comes out? I don't want to lose the chance at a AAA discount by waiting for a code and then not have one come out. How does that work?!

Sorry, to the best of my knowledge, Disney will only allow one discount; you can use either AAA or another, but not both.

Yes indeed, no double dipping! But you absolutely can book any discount code through AAA. You may have to give the code to the agent because we don't always get all of them straight up, but as long as you qualify - and there's availability, it's okay to change.

It works for packages, too. If you have a package with an AAA discount and a new discount - say free DDP ;) - comes out, your package can be shifted over to the new code as well. Again, it's one or the other so you really have to check the pricing and decide which is better for you.

I dont think you are asking to use a AAA rate & a code.

If you book on a AAA code, and a code (that you qualify for) comes out and it is less than the AAA rate...then YES you can book at the new lower rate.

For instance I have a AAA rate for the POP starting this Saturday!:banana: Last month the AP rates came out (I am a AP holder) the rate was only 1.00 cheaper per night than the AAA rate. I could have changed it...but didnt bother for $8.00!:confused3

I NEVER see any codes LOWER than AAA. Only AP rates & special mailings!

O.K. I am going to try to make sense while asking these question....I'll do my best:confused3 !

I am trying to figure out if 10 non exp. hopper pass or AP is the way for me to go....In Oct 07 I need 5/6 hopper (chicks only trip:woohoo: )then Sept 08, my DH and I are going down late Sept 08 (to celebrate 15yr Anniversary-no kids with us:banana: )and will need 5/6 day hopper. When we go in Oct, very special, want to stay at the Poly. We would go to the AAA fair in March and book through them (just room), then maybe summer of 08 codes would come out- let AAA know, get better of the discounts. BUT, if we book through AAA, and I decide to get AP for my up coming trips, come next summer if AP are offered a room discount, can my AAA agent get me that discount? Yes, I am trying to figure out AP vs. 10 no exp. vs. AAA vs. codes. Just like to try to save a little $ on our Sept 08 trip we want to go as top notch as the wallet will let us! HELP:scared1: !!!
