Nada yesterday. I knew this month was going to be harder to meet goal but I'm hanging in and fairly on track. I was able to get in 30 minutes of calisthenics today.

I did my pushups & situps Monday, Tuesday and this morning, and a 30 minute walk away the pounds tape this morning, bringing me to 1130/1300.

I think I have everyone up to here.

After 3 days off, I was able to get in 2 workouts today. I did 3 miles (47mins) this morning & 4 miles (55 mins) this evening. This brings my August total to 84/110 miles (1152 mins).

I didn't know if I could keep up the walking every day so I shot low...wait until September. My goal will be higher!

I am having a rough week with exercise. I am having to work long hours making it difficult to get my workouts in.

I did good today thought. I got in a 5 mile (66mins) walk this morning and anothter 2 mile (33 mins) this evening. This brings my August total to 93/110 miles (1281 mins)

I added another 95 minutes to my training today. My new August total is 930/1400.

I'm going to come up short on my minutes this month. With school starting and husband traveling, I've been pulled in too many directions :eek:

Only 20 minutes today- for 955/1200. DH interrupted my run by calling to tell me he had *lost* his credit card.:scared1: I found it under the couch (don't even ask-this is the same boy who left his wallet at the Empire State Building once). I am not quite going to make my goal this month, as my work schedule for this week is WAY different than usual and I don't know when I can get my running in. Glad to see so many have met or exceeded their goals!!!:thumbsup2

Not much to report here - -push ups & crunches Friday, Saturday and Sunday and only 75 minutes for my wog yesterday morning on a tight schedule. My new total is 1245/1300.

I think I have everyone up to here. Let me know if I missed you or your color needs to be changed. :)

I did my crunches & pushups last night and a Leslie Sansone walk/jog video, bringing my total to 1365/1300.

I am so happy to see all the minutes that are being added! Take a look at the first post and you'll :) when you see all the people who have gotten in their minutes, whether they've met 50% of their goal, 75%, 90% or met or exceeded. And just THINK of all the minutes that have been exercised, but not posted. :( I am hoping we will hear from some of our missing WISHers so we can post their minutes for the month in the next couple of days.

I'll be gone much of this weekend, so I'll try to update tomorrow night (Friday) and then again Monday, hopefully with some very impressive month-end numbers. :thumbsup2

Did 1.8 miles (34 mins) this morining. And 4 miles (47 mins) this evening.

This brings my total to 114.2/110 miles (1609 mins). So reach my miles goal for the month and will finish up my estimated mins (1650) tomorrow.

I didn't make goal last month so it will be super to reach this month.

It is such a pleasure posting all these updates. I am so proud of my WISH friends!!! Congratulations, everyone! No matter how many minutes you did this month, every one of them brings you that much closer to the fit and healthy people we all are trying to be or have become.

I did my crunches & pushups last night, and also bought a set of cloth covered resistance bands that added some umph to some leg work I did. I am now at 1385/1300. You guys have kept me going! Thank you! :grouphug:

I just made it! I guess I should be happy about that, but after the good start I had early on the month, I really hoped to finish well above my goal. As it was, it took every minute of my dance class today to get those last minutes in.

Congratulations to everyone who put minutes in this month! Thank you for doing the challenge with me and helping me stay on track with my exercise. Gee, I'd hate to see the scale if I hadn't exercised nearly 1400 minutes this month! ;)

I been in and out of town lately so I haven't had a chance to post the last week or so for August. I need to have 345 minutes added for me. That should bring me up to 985/700 total for the month of August!
