Did anyone else read this cocerning reservation policy changes on Deb's site?
"Here's how it effects your budget: You will pay a nightly rate based on the season of that date. If you reserve night 1 under the value season and nights 2-5 under peak season, you will no longer be able to maintain the value season rate for the entire reservation.
Premium rates will now be applied for premium dates. A weekend may be considered premium so that friday and saturday night pricing may be higher than sunday - thursday, even if in the same "season".
In theory, you could be paying a different price for each night of your stay."
She does state it is "UNofficial" but her track record with this sort of thing makes me believe it will happen. This would be terrible for us since we usually check in in mid February shorty before value season changes over to peak.

This was posted and talked about when it first went up on Deb's site.
You've pretty much got it right.

I just read that a few minutes ago...i dont go to that site much..i guess that with the new dining plan will have us somewhere else on vacation...everytime we go it is a price hike on something and less good deals even for us people from florida..after our paid for vacation in sept. we will be making plans for somewhere new...which is sad because i really love disney, but hey when you have a large family you have to go where it is more budget friendly.....I guess we are burnt out on it anyway..::sad2:

If you've booked a resort stay a few months ago, you can look at your slip and see that they now have a price for each day of your stay. I never noticed this before on my other confirmation emails/invoices, so i assume Disney added this in preparation for the new reservation policy....which stinks!:snooty:

You sure you want your confirmation number posted? I think I would delete the confirmation number. We know that the Disboard members are all honest but who knows who else is out there looking around.

Is the rate for AKL always $129 for a standard view? That is less than a moderate rack rate!

40% off with code that expired in march.
$215.00 x .40 = $86.00
$215.00 - $86.00 = $129.00 :teacher:

It looks like the OP removed the confirmation number, but it's still in your quote... :scared1:
