Ok, first let me tell you that I "think" I know what I need to do : EXERCISE!!

I don't feel well - aching in my joints, tired, always hungry, and stressed.

I'm so tired when I get home that the thought of exercise exhausts me more.

What do you think????????????????????

And, NO, I haven't been to my doctor.:confused3

i think you already know your answer :teeth: but maybe it overwhelms you? what do you think you could do and set a goal? how about 4 days a week a 15 min walk? getting started is truly the HARDEST step.......go for it! you CAN DO IT!!

Ooooh I was wondering if you were looking back at me when I'm looking in my mirror?

This is certainly how I often feel. The answer lies within you. I often find if I get home and don't go right to change into my workout clothes that it will not happen. After I am finished, I do feel much better--mostly b/c it is OVER! Nonetheless, I also do feel more energized as I continue this battle.

You CAN do this. You CAN!

I notice on the days I don't exercise I tend to not feel well. I get more headaches, more tired. That is the part that doesn't always make sense. Why do I feel tired when I don't exercise? I feel tired right after exercise as well. But it is a different tired, a good, sweaty burned calories tired. When I haven't exercised I feel drained and even agitatedly tired.

Best thing is to find a way to be active that you enjoy. I love playing badminton, but noone will ever play with me. DD5 isn't good enough yet. So I do aerobics and elliptical. But an hour of badminton goes by so much faster! And like Ohmom said small increments to get you started.

Good luck!!
