Well, if you are anything like me, you wished for pins, figurines, or even big figs of your favorites back in 2003 when they were originally displayed at WDW. We have been given a few big figs and some pins up till now, but I just saw on eBay that the entire set....all 75 are slated to appear as small resin figurines over the next couple of years. There are roughly a dozen or so designs available for purchase now! I am thrilled to see that a few of them are ones that I would really love to own.

I really am going to be interested to see just how my prize from the tour of the statues through Atlanta sizes up against the mass produced version that I can only assume will be released in the next few months or years. I have the Suddath Vanlines Moving Man Mickey figurine. It was done for Suddath and Disney execs and there are supposedly only a handful in existance.

Anyway, I figured that I can't be the only one that loves these artsy Mickeys, so I thought that I would share the news! Maggie

I thought I would mention too that one o those regular size statue 75 Mickeys is in the lobby at SoG. :wizard:
Miss all those fellers...
Occasionally I see one small statue version in a Co D store.

We recently saw one of the original statues at Childrens's Hospital in Washington, DC.

Suzi, thanks for the info. I just passed the info on to a friend whose granddaughter is at Children's Hospital. Hopefully it is still there :).

Suzi & Cathy - Yes, there is definitely one of the Mickey's at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC. He is located in the lobby where everybody must go to show an I.D. and get a sticker to be admitted to the rest of the hospital. I was so happy to see it when my granddaughter was first admitted to Children's -- 3 months ago tomorrow. I don't know for such which one he is, he is predominately light blue. He brings a smile to my face everytime I see him and I know he warms the hearts of the many children that pass by him.

Does anyone know if they have the complete pin sets for these Mickeys? My dad has 2 sets (14 pins total) and he wants to know how to go about getting the rest of them. Any help?

There have been no complete pin sets issued to date. I wish they would though. Maggie

They should have done a complete set of the 75 Mickeys in pins. That would have made a great framed set and I would definitely have purchased them all.
