I'm kinda new to pin tradeing. I got into it last year but after I got back from wdw I did not know were to get more pins but I found a place. Ok here's my question. I saw some someone say something bout a Continuing The Tradition pin. That only a CM can give it to u. Well we r going this year and well if I can ask this. How do u earn one of them? I hope i'm not to out of line.

Good question, and probably something only a Cast Member involved in the process could tell, if they are allowed. Normally, from what I've heard (and those of you who have received this should chime in) it is a surprise to everyone except the CMs involved in the presentation ceremony.

I have NOOOO idea what the criteria are for being awarded a CTT. I would assume being a good and fair trader is one. Sometimes I think it's also being in the right place at the right time. When we were at WDW a month ago I was on my way in to AK with our pin bags and the security guard asked if I had a CTT. At that time I hadn't received mine (that happened later that evening), but I told the guard that my wife had received one earlier in the week. I wonder, if I'd said "no," if that guard would have given me one.

Personally, I think the best thing about receiving the CTT is the surprise.
