Running trail?

I am going in August and want to work off some of those Mickey bars :mickeybar and Casey's hot dogs with an early morning jog. Is there still an exercise trail? Of all the times I have been there I can't remember. Any other runners out there have any suggestions? I am looking for a 2.5-4 mile run.

All of the sidewalks around Ft. Wilderness are good places to run. There is also a paved path between Ft. Wilderness and Wilderness lodge that is about a mile.

Depending on where your loop is, a run on the sidewalks towards the Settlement Depot, then down the path to Wilderness Lodge, then back, then back to your loop would be almost 4 miles.

A run from your campsite to the exercise trail, then over to WL (very enjoyable trail) and back...that would be a great run.:thumbsup2
