Is there an information video or packet or something for Universal like there is for WDW?

i don't think so...the travel channel runs a "behind the scenes" show once in awhile....otherwise, you're stuck w/ us and youtube!

they had a planning video, but that was a few years ago. if you contact Guest Services they'll send you the park maps.

Hi,
If you go to orlandoinfo.com and click on visitor information then select vacation planning from the drop down menu there is a free planning kit that you can order. We got one last year and there were leaflets and a dvd for universal as well as info on other parks. Hope this helps. :)

i have 3 of the vhs tapes of the planning video on universal. they are from the 90's. they are of 3 different years.

UO no longer sends these or makes the videos anymore.

i offered before to record a copy to send out but only have one vcr.
until i can get another one, i can't.

if i could figure out how to make it a dvd and then put it on the computer, i would

Those are made from fans and have lots of good info.
