After getting photoshop CS3 I finally got time to test it out and
work on my first photo..here is how it turned out...

Agreed! You can tell if you look close I didn't spend a lot of time
on the hair. Some blue from the background shows thru. Its just
take patience if you want it to be perfect. Knock down the brush
to 1 pixel and go to town...but who wants to do that! LOL
