I just talked to Sundee!!

Hi all!

I just got off the phone with Sundee. I was calling to reserve a golf cart. (gonna see what kind of trouble I can get into..hehehe):woohoo:

Anyhoooo...she introduced herself and I remembered her name from this board. She talked about Mrs. Gus, Stacktester and Ftwildernessguy and a couple others. She sounds like so much fun, and I cannot wait to meet her tuesday night at the campfire.

We talked about furry friends, and she promised to come to our site to see our little one. Oh my gosh I am getting more and more excited about this trip. I just cannot wait till Sunday!!

PS: I told her about some of the threads regarding golf carts and she is quite aware of some bads seeds. She said to spread the word on the boards that if you see people doing dumb or dangerous stuff, or underage, to call the barn as soon as you can and give them the cart number. When enough calls come in regarding a cart# they will go and get the cart as per the contract agreement regarding abuse.

Well from what she said, although she didn't say how many complaints, but that after however many complaints on a cart, Security will go to the camp site and confiscate the cart.

I just hope that after that happens the people do NOT get any money back. My husband calls that "bought Knowledge". Gotta love it!!

We went to the campfire sing along a few days ago and Sundee was there. I will tell you she was fantastic. We saw someone else but it was nothing compared to Sundee. My DD3 loved the sing along so this is something that we will make a must do on our future trips (I had never been there before, I know GASP!) and I hope that she will be there. We were celebrating my DD's birthday while we were there and she even got to go up on stage with Sundee and a bunch of other children. She is still talking about all of the people that sang to her. Thanks Sundee!

I mean I've stayed at the fort about 25 nights this year. How many more do I need to run into you guys.

I imagine there are a lot of transplanted Yankees right now, there aint a whole lot going on up here. Ask anyone that knows me and you will find that I am about as Non Yankee as they come. :cool2:
