Ironman Lake Placid - GO LYNNE

Just a quick update.

Lynne finished the swim in 1:23. She didn't come out of the water saying this was her worst swim. Her comment when she was talking to Mom and I was she had never gotten so beat up on an Iroman swom before.

She is hoping for a 3 - 3:30 first bike loop. It depends on how her knee holds up with the change in the bike positioning and the new pedals. Will check back later after seh completes the first loop.

Bike split 7:32. She is exhausted and figures on walking the marathon. After the first loop she will dicide on whether to DNF or walk the second loop.
