I have a problem keeping the weight off.
When I was in 8th grade I was over 200lb I ended up getting down to 168 but gained it back. Last year I did the same (im not sure what I got down to though cuz I didnt have a scale) and recently (a few months ago) I was again at 200 I am now at 180 (last time i checked). And I cant get past that.

Any one have any tips?

I'v been doing laps I try to do at least 3 miles a day. But it seems that when its 'that time of the month' I tend to eat alot.

Glad you are trying to keep at it. Yes, TOM will always pose a challenge. Keep on plan, maybe plan for a small something and drink more water. Make some of those portions smaller. Find a diversion to those cravings.

It is good that you are trying to plan for those cravings.

I am not sure what else to add here just now. I know it is not easy.
