Tokyo Poll

I'm interested in seeing how other DVC members feel about a possible trip to Tokyo, so this is my first attempt at a poll.

I've been to Tokyo ( on business ) and have no desire to go there on vacation. It's the most expensive place imaginable and very crowded.:cool:

I have been to Tokyo on vacation and had a great time. But, as the previous poster said ... it's pretty expensive. I wish I could go there on the company dime, that's for sure! I stayed at the Tokyo Bay Hilton using Hilton Honors points. It has a free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland and the price was right :).

But ... back to your question ... I voted "No" because I don't use my DVC points for anything but the core DVC resorts. It just doesn't make sense to me financially.

Hi, due to business travel (in fact I'm in Shanghai, China as I write this), I visited Disney Seas (and Tokyo DL) last Sept, spending one day at each park.

Disney Seas was great! Excellent shows (in English, including Broadway musical 30 min show). About 3-4 attractions which puts WDW to shame. It was packed but Fast Pass helped. I stayed at the Hilton across the street and took the monorail.

Overall nothing beats WDW, just wish they could add some of the cool stuff from Disney seas.......
