Has anybody tried acupuncture for chronic pain? Or any other "alternative" form of treatment. I'm getting really tired of popping pain pills and I know they can't be good for me.

Anyone have any advice??

kim - I have found that chiropractic care can be helpful, along with hydro and regular massage. I too deal with chronic almost-disabling pain, and I am sick of popping pills too!

check out www.butyoudontlooksick.com. It has some great ideas for complimentary and alternative treatments... and it is just a great support group for those with chronic conditions. i dont know what is causing your pain, but between all of us on that board we have tried just about everything!
