cancer kids?

Does anyone know if they will do anything special for kids that have cancer? I am taking my godson (14) with us to Disney and on the Cruise and would really like to get something special done for him, though I have NO idea what..any ideas? He has been battling cancer for 10 years now and this time its worse than ever and I would really like to do something special for him there.
