What a fun, fun film! The lil folks liked it, my 17 yo son liked it, and I liked it. Aside from having funny and touching stuff for all ages, it also was really beautiful to watch. (I really want to go to Paris now). Liked Toy Story...Liked Monsters Inc... Liked A Bug's Life but to my mind, this one was far and away the best so far of the Disney-Pixar collaboration.
I am now SO glad we didn't go to Transformers.

I completely agree!!
We were in New Orleans square yesterday and who did we see??? Remy and Emile! The line was too long, but we will get a picture with them I am sure!
I am hoping there is a sequel - that would be wonderful!

My boyfriend and I went to see Rattatouille the week it opened down here. Our local theaters have a thing called "The Premiere"...it is basically the balcony section of a couple of the theaters...all the seats are loveseats with very high backs....and the best part, no one under 21 allowed. So optimum viewing conditions for any movie...
We both thought that Rattatouille was the best pixar film to date. Great story, great message about creating things and finding your bliss...Really one of the most magical films in a long time. And so beautiful! Wow! popcorn:: We would both give it two thumbs WAY up! We might go again this week...

Me too!
You know, at that movie the concession stand should offer a nice cheese plate...Actually at our local theater they do have that option...

I loved it... I think it is now my favorite pixar movie... and as an indicator about just how good it is... I went to see it with two friends... one of whom normally avoids animated movies in the theaters and she absolutely loved it... so much so that she was planning to take her boyfriend to see it... so someone that doesn't like to go see animated movies wanted to go see it again :P
