What type of food have you never had before?

Inspired by Amanda's tragic tale that she's never had Thai. What type of foods have you never tried before?
I've never had lebanese food. In fact, I didn't even know there was a such food until my dad suggested we go there one night. We went somewhere else.

Theres way too many to name. Basically all the countries other than Italian and Japanese and Chinese I haven't had, haha.
But I mean, I haven't even had a lot of america-esque foods. Like salads or hamburgers or root beer. :P

J/K; pasta is one of my favorite foods. I've never had alot of Mid-Eastern quisine. I also haven't really had French food, unless you count French desserts from WDW. :goodvibes

its not all that bad. I'm not the worlds biggest meat eater, but I love some of the german desserts.
