* THE WORLD AS IT WAS: NATIONAL LEADERS, PEOPLE IN THE NEWS, SPORTS NEWS, HEADLINES, POPULAR TV SHOWS, POPULAR MOVIES - SONGS, CURRENT FASHIONS.

* OUR RECEPTION: TIME, PLACE, FOOD & DRINKS, DECORATIONS, TOASTS & CHEERS, OUR CAKE, SPECIAL SONGS AND MOMENTS TO REMEMBER.

* GUESTS: DON'T FORGET TO HAVE YOUR GUESTS SIGN THIS BEAUTIFUL BOOK.

Are you fairly knowledgeable with programs such as Microsoft Publisher because you could make the book yourself then print it out on nice paper and put it in a 3 ring binder or have it bound. I think Staples does spiral binding. Are you could even use Photoshop. Create a nice border/background and put your questions, etc. Sort of like a digital scrapbook. Again print it out and put in a 3 ring binder or have it spiral bound.

The picture you posted whoever made it clearly used a Microsoft program because I recongnize that clipart from the Microsoft gallery.
