Ok, we have decided on a rental

We are going with a 4 bed 3 bath in Indian Creek. We had three offers we were seriously considering. Two from WH and this one but because we are doing a full week at disney and bringing the grandparents we we wanted the extra space and we knew we werent likely to enjoy the amenities at WH after long days at the parks. Not to mention the owners are very personable and extremely helpful!
So, heres the link to the home, what do you all think? For $1000 inclusive of all taxes and pool/spa heat plus a $300 security deposit that is returnable.

Looks good and it is a great location for Disney. We stayed in Indian Creek in December when we had another family with us (and before we bought our townhome). Use the Sherberth Road turn off and you are only 5 mins from Animal Kingdom - a great way into any of the parks as the traffic is a lot lighter.

Not a bad deal at all...Will really help if two of the baths are off the bedroom for privacy for mom and dad and grandma and grandpa...

Most important is all the fun you will have...

We spend 3 months just south of you. I agree with Sherberth to exit Disney, but with the new entrance just east on 192, I think it is quicker now to turn onto 192 an go through the two stop lights to the Disney entrance there...if youo miss the left turn signal on Sherberth it seems like a 3 minute wait for the next arrow...maybe I am just Type A!!

To exit Disney, it is more complex to get on 192 west so we head for Animal Kingdom (watch for some quick right turns) stay left as you approach AK and follow sign to AK LODGE. Turn left at Sherberth stoplight, follow the single land road back to 192...turn right on 192 and then left on Formosa Gardens.
