Tampa Int'l 4/02 Car Rental Deals-In Terminal

We're flying into Tampa Int'l 4/02/02 and are having a hard time finding car rental deals "in terminal". We'll be renting for 6 days! Would anyone know of any good deals or discount codes - the in terminal airlines are AVIS, BUDGET, NATIONAL, HERTZ & DOLLAR! Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated! I can't believe how expensive renting a car has become, especially after all the surcharges & taxes! We would be most comfortable in a intermediate car but, will probably have to go with a compact at the current rates!

Did you try booking over the internet? We got a pretty good rate for April 12th with National ($116/wk plus tax for a compact car). We used a Disney Club Discount. Hope this helps!
