Tipping on Dinning Plan

We are using the dinning plan and would like to know if the tip include or not. If is is and we like the service I would like to give a little extra.

18% Tip is included. If you want to tip more, you're more than welcome to. We do for exceptional service. :)

Yep, the tip is included in the 2007 dining plan. However the 2008 dining plan has not been annonced yet, price and benefits, so we are waiting to hear what will be/or not be/ included in the 2008 DDP. Not sure if the OP is planning a trip for 2007 or 2008.

Though a nice tip is included, we left extra one day for an exceptional waitress at Akershaus in Epcot. She was very sweet and attentive, and it was her first day.

At Cap'n Jacks, the waitress was very happy for us to order the most expensive items since the tip was based on the total bill. She got a great tip (about $25) from the DDP for fairly so-so service.
