Why isn't Hampton Inn Maingate West in the Unnofficial Guide???

I see several different Hampton Inns, but not this one. Does anyone know why? I have the 2002 version and I don't think the hotel is that new.

I hope I'm not driving you all nuts on this. I am terrible at decisions and I just don't know the area at all.
