Okay people, I've been scouring this board looking for exact dates. I want to go SOOO bad this year!! There is an incredible $87 RT airfare for that time and I want to buy my ticket now before they're gone. I'm hoping to go solo or maybe find some roomies. Y'all had such a blast at discon 1! I don't want to miss this one! Thanks!

Ok Lucky, give me details about $87 rt air from NY. I'm planning on going and that rate is unbelievable. If I decide to go solo maybe we could room together.

American Airlines is having a sale right now through the beginning of Dec. I'm not sure if it's out off all NYS airports but Rochester has an $87 price which is unheard of here. It'll be strange to fly from Roch. to Chicago and then to Orlando, but for that price I'd go even farther out of my way. From what I can tell, the seats are going like hot cakes. Debbie, let me know your plans! This is really helping out my winter doldrums, that's for sure!!:smooth:

If I were you, I'd arrive on TUESDAY, Dec. 3rd - because there is talk of making it a 5-day convention!

DIS-CON 2002 is only the second DIS convention. You only missed one, if you didn't go last year. Nancy's right, Linda talked about making it one extra day, but I kept thinking it would be an extra day on the end, not the beginning. It never even occured to me that it could be added at the beginning! If you're going to get airfare, better add a day at either end, just in case. :D :D
