Question about the meet and greet (Quick Transportation)?

We are booked for the meet and greet for our upcoming universal trip labor day weekend!!!:cool1: Can anyone tell me of their experiences with this service? How long does it take to get from the airport to the RPH? Do you usually share a ride with another guest? TIA!!!!!!
