Yeah I send him a care package the first of every month....and then a card two weeks after that....seems to make it go by faster

It was better when he was in Germany instead of Saudi...cuz I could talk to him on the phone and MSN video conversations (it was the closest to him being here) like every day...now I get an email every 5 or 6 days :(

But I know that now is actually at war....not sitting in Kaiserslaturn drinkin on his days off, lol...

Nope. Haven't talked to him for a week and a half. Tomorrow's our two month anniversary, too. He's...I don't wanna say poor, but I guess that's the right term for it. He gives half of what he makes to his mom and that goes towards rent and food and the other half goes towards getting his bike fixed so he can come see me. His mom's a secretary at the local mental hospital so she doesn't make much and she's supporting two kids and their landlord just raised their rent. So a phone is really far down on their list of necessities.

My mom is so stressed out from my dad and her new job, that move one thing out of line and you get yelled at. My dad is another one. He's stressed, and has been since he started college. We are living off borrowed money from family members.

All I'm asking, God, is for some kind of miracle financially. Some cash from the lottery. A sweepstakes. Anything. We are desperate.
