I need some advice from you report veterans. How do you keep track of your travels? Do you write everything down in a journal? How do you log the pics and list where you were when you took them?
Is there anything you would do differently to have the most appealing trippie ever???
I so enjoy reading everyone's reports and I wonder how they keep track of all the fun while still having fun.
Any tips would be great!!!!
Thanks a mil.

I do it all from memory. I am too lazy and disorganized to keep up with a journal, but a lot of people do it that way.

We've found that after a day or two, we tend to forget what we did. One trip we tried to reconstruct everything after we got home -- it was nearly impossible remembering the details.
Our last trip, we kept a log of all our activities and updated it throughout the day. It's a fun family project while you're waiting in line for one of the longer attractions.
The pictures tend to speak for themselves and serve as a reminder of the order of things if we forget something.
Here's my last trip report. Enjoy!

You might be disorganized...but your memory is great. I am thinking of writing an outline of each day when I return to the resort. That may help jog my memory. I am the complete opposite. I am very organized...but my memory is fading. :goodvibes

I took a glance at your trip report. It is fabulous...You left no details out. I would have to keep a pock journal in my backpack to have that level of detail. I bet you have perfected it in part because of the number of trips you have taken. I will read the entire report later today. Do you know how to list the links to your posts? I would like the first post of my trip report to list the links to all my future installments.
Thanks for your help! :)

Funny, I wasn't too formal about the log. I used everything from airline paperwork, receipts, and WDW napkins (my favorite). The key is to just write things down every few hours. Most importantly, keep a pen with you.
After you start your report and add to it with future postings, you can edit the original report and add links to subsequent postings by using the "insert link" button (it looks like a globe with a link or pair of sunglasses in front of it). Go to the page you want to link, copy the URL (highlight, control c), then paste that into the insert link box (control v). Got all that? You'll do fine. Good luck!

My memory isn't that great, but when you have Oblivia along, every moment is so vivid you really can't forget it!:scared1:
